I am the company owner, who should attend the Summit with me?

We have set up the Summit in four tracks:

  • Leadership & Financial management,
  • Sales & Marketing,
  • Purchasing & the Pre-construction process and
  • Construction & Warranty Service Management. 

We have also priced the Summit tuition to encourage you to bring your management team of a representative for each track.  We think the “best practice” is for the team to hear the same materials and be able to return home with common experiences that will enable improvement initiatives to go faster and more efficiently.

There are often four presentations going on simultaneously, can I access materials from sessions that I don't attend?

Yes, learning materials for individual presentations will be made available for download on that particular presentations page on the website.

Will I need a rental car during my trip to the Summit?

Unless you are planning side trips to other Orlando area attractions, you may NOT need a rental car.  If you are staying at the Summit hotel, the Lake Buena Vista Wyndham Resort, dining and shopping are within walking distance at Disney Springs (the revamped and expanded former Downtown Disney).  The hotel’s resort fee $12/day gets you bus transportation to all 4 of the Disney World Theme Parks.  It is about a $50 cab/Uber ride from the Orlando International Airport.  Mears Shuttle Service offers one way for $23/person and round trip for $37/person from the airport to the hotel.  Click here for shuttle reservations or to book a limo/SUV ride for your team.
