Even Flow Construction: A Panal Discussion

This will be, in essence, a case study of how two builders have refined their operations becoming more efficient and profitable by implementing what we commonly call even flow.  Stevens Fine Homes of Wilmington, NC andAgile Homes of Fruitland, ID will join moderator and management consultant Bob Whitten for tjhhis one hour overview.  Come prepared to ask those thhat use the system questions and challenges you may have or have had when trying to implement this system
