Description:
For thousands of years, we’ve been talking about leadership. In the last few
decades hundreds of books were written discussing this or that aspect of Leadership yet,
still we struggle, employees complain and our biggest speedbump is ourselves. As we
transitioned from the worker model to the knowledge worker model, the leadership gap
became larger, more pronounced and negatively impacting. Drucker introduced the term
“knowledge worker” in the 1960’s, but still we struggle.

Cutting through the vast amount of leadership suggestions and learning, we will
identify some specific leadership aspect to help leaders in the Construction Industry.
Besides specific suggestions and ideas, we will discuss the power of understanding your
own Strengths and Weaknesses and using Entrustment to mitigate weaknesses so
enhance your Strengths.
