Joshua Erskine is the CEO of Warp Speed Holdings LLC, a dynamic holding company with interests in multiple mortgage lenders, insurance companies, a tech firm, and a builder-focused title and escrow company. Under his leadership, the family of companies has grown to encompass around 18 businesses, each strategically aligned to deliver comprehensive services and innovative solutions, particularly in the residential construction and lending sectors.

Joshua’s journey began in 2004 as a Mortgage Loan Originator, quickly earning recognition among the Top 50 for loan volume by 2007. During the financial recession, he and his brother Shane developed pioneering seller financing platforms for high-profile projects like Trump Soho and Palms Place Las Vegas. In 2008, Joshua co-founded CalCon Mutual Mortgage LLC, setting the stage for its rebranding as OneTrust Home Loans in 2013. Through a focus on efficiency, transparency, and technology, OneTrust achieved a remarkable 971% growth within three years.

In 2019, Joshua restructured the business into a Family of Companies under Island Vibez Management, empowering each entity to excel independently while maintaining strategic synergy. Today, OneTrust Home Loans stands as one of the largest non-bank residential construction lenders in the US, supporting builders in 49 states and 2 territories. The company’s success is driven by Joshua’s commitment to innovation and close collaboration with builders, offering customized financing solutions and partnerships that enable builders to navigate market challenges effectively.

Joshua’s expertise in forward commitments, joint ventures, and innovative financing models is reflected in his ongoing work with builders, which includes regular webinars and advisory sessions.
