Mark Dunaway Senior Consultant, Marvic Consulting

Mark brings over 35 years of experience in the general construction and residential homebuilding industries, where he has held diverse leadership roles. Starting his career as a controller, he advanced to positions such as CFO, Vice President, Division President, and President, leading companies with annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $80 million. Throughout his career, Mark spearheaded the implementation of ERP and project management software, recognizing the critical role these tools play in driving efficiency, profitability, and success. A lifelong learner and passionate advocate for the industry, Mark gained invaluable insights by working alongside accomplished leaders and respected consultants. 

Mark is currently an Area President with FocusCFO covering the Alabama and west coast of Florida.  Mark also enjoys working with SMA as an on-site consultant helping builders with ways to improve their efficiencies and bottom lines.  Mark also can be seen on our Inner Circle webinars.
