Rob Bunn Territory Account Manager, Higharc

Rob Bunn is a North Carolina native with more than 16 years of experience across residential construction and homebuilding. His career has spanned field construction, purchasing, pre-construction, operations, sales, and executive leadership, giving him a unique perspective across the entire homebuilding lifecycle.

Rob’s builder experience spans multiple segments of the industry, including national production homebuilding with PulteGroup, regional homebuilding with Wade Jurney Homes, and on-your-lot custom homebuilding with Schumacher Homes. His leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Purchasing and Operations and Vice President of Construction, as well as helping startup homebuilding organizations scale to more than 50 homes per year within their first three years.

An entrepreneur as well as a builder, Rob has owned and operated a contracting business with experience in residential framing and other construction trades. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a background in Construction Management and Business, a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, and a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector.

Today, Rob serves as Territory Account Manager at Higharc, where he brings his builder-side experience to the technology space, helping homebuilders improve how they design, sell, estimate, and build homes.
