J. Bradley Simons President, Magleby Sun Valley

Brad is grateful that his Father handed him a broom when he was 12 years old and taught
him how to sweep the construction site. This was the beginning of a love for the
construction industry. During his career Brad worked as President of Woodside Homes
Utah, Owner of Cottage Homes and Currently works with two-time NAHB Custom Home
Builder of the Year Magleby Construction in Utah.

Currently Brad has various responsibilities at Magleby after serving seven (7) years as the
CFO. Brad is President of Magleby Sun Valley, Vice President of Magleby Corporate,
President Proworx, a near shore professional service company and Teamworx, a
Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and CFO of M Trade Services a sub-contracting
group working for high end builders in Utah. Brad also owns Authentic Future a business
consulting firm. These diWerent companies employ over 200 team members and have
annual revenues exceeding $130,000,000. All of these responsibilities are made possible
by great teams to whom Brad entrusts the work.

Brad’s volunteer work spans industry and community opportunities with the Boy Scouts,
AYSO Soccer, Habitat for Humanity, Local schools and the local HBAs in Utah. Nationally
Brad serves at NAHB and HBI.

Brad has a Humanities degree from the University of Utah, an MBA from Westminster
University and is working on his dissertation for a doctorate in Leadership. He is a frequent
presenter at Builder 20 meetings, the International Builder’s Show and the Utah Builder’s
Conference and Universities including Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University,
INTEC, UMPHU and UNIBE in the Dominican Republic.

Kim and Brad have 10 kids and 8 grandkids and live in Herriman Utah.
